Therapeutic Massage Therapy

Fitness Plus offers therapeutic massage by licensed, experienced massage therapists. We have both male and female therapists that offer a wide variety of styles and techniques of therapeutic massage. From relaxing to deep tissue to sports massage, we have you covered.

Each therapist has their own individual style and special area of expertise. Fitness Plus will help you choose the massage therapist that best meets your needs. Each new personal training client receives a FREE 30-minute massage from the therapist of your choice.

Massage is offered both in our Fitness Plus studio or at your home.

• 30-minute therapeutic massage: $40 in-studio only; not available in-home
• 60-minute therapeutic massage: $70 studio; $90 in-home*
• 90-minute therapeutic massage: $90 studio; $100 in-home*

* Clients will be charged for services canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Travel charge may apply to those living outside the Lexington, Ky., metro area.
