Amanda Hacker, Personal Trainer
Amanda Hacker got into the fitness industry because of her own love of fitness and to help other people live a healthier life.
When she was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease, Amanda became a healthier person through fitness and a change of lifestyle. She has a first-hand understanding of what someone with a chronic illness goes through every day, and as a personal trainer she designs a fitness program tailored for the entire person to help them improve their health, well-being, self-esteem and quality of life.
Amanda is a 2015 graduate of the Personal Fitness Training program at the Lexington Healing Arts Academy, and a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). A native Lexingtonian, Amanda enjoys running, for both the health and hobby aspects of it.
“Working out should be fun and I make sure to keep my workouts fun and fresh. I love making my clients feel like rock stars.”
