Amber Williams, Personal Trainer
Amber holds a B.A. in exercise science from Morehead State University. She has over 15 years’ experience in the fitness industry and has a strong fitness management, personal training and group fitness background. She has attended numerous fitness and nutrition seminars and workshops over the years and holds certifications in several specialized fitness and wellness areas.
Her love for the “sport” of fitness motivated Amber to compete in bodybuilding and NPC figure competitions starting in 1999. Her love and passion for fitness is evident as she exudes enthusiasm and motivation during her personal training sessions with clients.
Amber has trained hundreds of clients over the years, ranging from hip and knee replacement or injured patients, to men and women wanting to change their outwardly appearances or just feel better, to youth and teenage athletes looking to improve sport-specific skills. Amber owned and operated her own fitness studio in London, Ky., from 2008 to 2012. Amber Williams is a Strong Over 50 (SO-50) certified trainer.
