Ben DiPaola, Personal Trainer
Ben DiPaola has a Bachelor of Science degree in exercise physiology from William Paterson University of New Jersey. He is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
His passion for fitness was inspired by his service in the military, from boot camp to deployment to security forces training with the United States Air Force. Since 2011, Ben has worked as a personal trainer with many populations ranging from 14 to 86 years old in gyms, hospital cardiac-rehab, and in-home settings. This has given him the experience to see many different aspects of the field, and how everyone is unique.
Ben advocates living a healthy and physically active lifestyle that can not only make you feel and look great, but reduces the risk of diseases and health problems long-term. He stresses the importance of proper posture, form, and body mechanics, all of which help to prevent injuries and muscle imbalances as we age. He enjoys analyzing the latest research in the health field, and completes new specialty courses to stay up to date on the most current information.
Ben trains out of the Fitness Plus gym in Lexington and Fitness Plus in Versailles.
“Exercise isn’t something that has to be looked at as a chore; it can be viewed as a lifestyle of balanced physical activity and healthy choices.”
