Chris Williams, Master Trainer
Chris Williams has a bachelor of science in exercise physiology from Murray State University and has been a professional baseball player, where he helped design team workouts.
As an educator, he shows clients the proper way to do exercises and explains how they help with overall health. (Improper form can cause injury!) As a motivator, Chris helps people prepare and get through each workout.
