Shane Eric Burry, Personal Trainer
Shane’s fitness career began in 2001. While enlisted in the U.S. Army he became accomplished in group exercise instruction, preparing our nation’s soldiers physically for their demanding tasks. The Army also presented Shane three awards for outstanding physical fitness achievements.
In 2013 Shane successfully completed the Personal Fitness Trainer Program at the Lexington Healing Arts Academy. He is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He is also an Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program Instructor.
As a fitness professional, Shane focuses first on core strength and endurance. He also corrects muscle imbalances and improves joint range of motion through the implementation of integrated and flexibility training techniques.
