Erica Broadway holds a B.S. degree in Health Education with an emphasis in Exercise and Fitness and an M.S. in Health Education with an emphasis in Community Health, both from the University of Cincinnati. She is a certified Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor, Orthopedic Exercise Specialist and Fitness Nutrition Specialist through the American Council on Exercise and holds several specialty group exercise certifications.

A Toledo, Ohio, native, Erica grew up a multi-sport athlete. Soccer became her passion but her career was cut short during high school after developing chronic back issues. What seemed like a life-altering diagnosis led to Erica’s passion for health and fitness and laid the foundation for her training career.

Erica began training at the University of Cincinnati’s Campus Recreation Center in 2011. After graduation, she moved to Georgetown, Kentucky, where she worked for eight years for Health Fitness at Toyota’s corporate fitness center. Erica has worked with clients of all ages and ability levels. She enjoys training anyone willing to “dream big” and defy the norms. An avid hiker and trail runner, Erica is fueled by a love for the outdoors. She focuses her training on moving efficiently and increasing functional strength to get the most out of every day.

It’s not worth getting out of bed in the morning if you aren’t living the dream!
