Sydney Manhatton is a dynamic and dedicated fitness professional with experience in personal training and group exercise instruction. Known for her motivational approach and expertise in balance rehabilitation, she inspires individuals and groups to achieve their health and wellness goals.


Graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Kinesiology, and Certified by the American Council of Exercise (ACE), Sydney's educational foundation in Health and Human Sciences equips her with a deep understanding of human anatomy, exercise physiology, and nutrition. This knowledge, combined with her practical experience, allows her to create tailored fitness programs that cater to clients' unique needs and objectives.


She is also a lover of all things coffee and espresso. She has perfected her homemade cold brew and has gained a new hobby in making espresso-based drinks for her friends and family… her current favorite is an Espresso Martini!


Sydney enjoys spending her free time tanning by the pool, going on outdoor runs, and trying out local restaurants/wineries with her friends. She would describe herself as a “foodie” and can't say no to a fun night out featuring dinner, drinks, and good company.
