Fitness Plus offers therapeutic massage by licensed, experienced massage therapists. We have both male and female therapists that offer a wide variety of styles and techniques of therapeutic massage. From relaxing to deep tissue to sports massage, we have you covered.

Each therapist has their own individual style and special area of expertise. Fitness Plus will help you choose the massage therapist that best meets your needs. Each new personal training client receives a FREE 30-minute massage from the therapist of your choice.

Massage is offered in a comfortable, private room at our Fitness Plus studio.

• 30-minute therapeutic massage: $50*
• 60-minute therapeutic massage: $80*
• 90-minute therapeutic massage: $115*

* Clients will be charged for services canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
