Reece Wilson holds a B.S. in Neuroscience from the University of Kentucky and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Kinesiology and Exercise Physiology from the same institution.
With an athletic background in softball, basketball, and soccer, Reece brings over three years of experience in the fitness industry. She began her career as a NETA-certified group fitness instructor during college and has since earned her Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) credential through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Reece is passionate about continuously learning and educating others on the importance of physical activity and how to seamlessly integrate it into daily life.
