Ryan is a certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist who graduated from Lexington Healing Arts Academy’s 720-hour professional program. He holds advanced certifications in Fitness Nutrition, MMA Conditioning, and Ketogenic Diet Advisory through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association. He is also a Rock Steady Parkinson’s Boxing Coach, specializing in helping clients improve strength, balance, and coordination at any stage of life.

With a background in martial arts—earning a black belt in Taekwondo and a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu—Ryan brings discipline, creativity, and functional movement training to his sessions. Over the years, he has trained many clients and taught hundreds of classes, from bootcamps and circuit training to boxing and small group sessions.

Ryan’s passion is helping clients age with strength and confidence. He focuses on safe, effective exercise that improves mobility, prevents injury, and supports overall health. Whether the goal is building energy for daily life, regaining strength after setbacks, or staying active well into the future, Ryan believes it’s never too late to take charge of your health
